
In a Nutshell: The commonly known ‘fight or flight’ response prepares you to fight or flee from situations that could be harmful or threatening. Some psychologists have added 'freeze'- a fear of making a mistake or not believing in yourself and therefore choosing to doing nothing.
Studying towards deadlines involves different amounts of stress for different people. Excess stress can affect a person severely and needs to be reduced.
